We’re a busy small animal veterinary hospital that has been taking care of animals with the highest standard of care since 1982. We thrive on giving your furry family members the very best care possible and bringing them into our hearts as our own. We offer many services including routine health checks, vaccinations, second-opinion consultations, surgical procedures (including the option of visiting surgery specialists), hospitalisation and treatment, dental procedures, radiography (x-rays), ultrasound (both immediate access and via visiting specialists), house calls, and much more. We are happy to see all our patients for consultations and health checks, no matter how small the concern may seem to you.

We offer Western Herbal Medicine as part of your pet’s tailored holistic health care plan. We will customise our care according to cutting edge research, integrative treatment options, and your own personal preferences.

We vaccinate, microchip, and dispense parasite prevention medication and tailor an individual program for your pet’s needs.

We desex male and female dogs, cats, rabbits, and male rats. Desexing your pet can be beneficial for their mental and physical health.

We perform many dental checks and dental procedures under anaesthetic – sometimes up to ten per week!

If you would prefer we are always happy to schedule house calls throughout our day to benefit both you and your little (or big!) one.

We are associated with NEVS, the Northside Emergency Vet Services team, located in Terrey Hills should you have a problem out of hours.

We have our own ultrasound unit to perform ultrasounds quickly on internal organs and to assess for fluid in the chest or abdomen.

Our veterinarians are experienced in routine & emergency surgical procedures. Dr Eugene Buffa, a Surgical Specialist Veterinarian, also performs advanced surgical procedures onsite.

With our state of the art digital radiology (x-ray) unit, we can gain invaluable diagnostic information at any time and interpret it in real time.

As part of our customised vaccination programs, we offer titre testing for the core vaccine viruses for dogs and cats.

We clip many of our feline patients during the warmer months to help them manage the heat and assist their owners in finding paralysis ticks.

Brilliant vets and staff. Genuinely care, they treat your pets like their own. Great communication, they listen! Treatment options were all explained clearly and we received updates several times a day.

We are so grateful to all the staff for their care throughout our dog’s life. Tigger had a number of health problems over the years, which were all treated as smoothly as possible, but it was the compassion and tenderness shown when it was time to say goodbye that really stood out for us. You could tell every team member knew what it was like to love a pet as much as we loved Tigger. They really tried to make the process as easy as possible for our family, and even came to our home for the euthanasia and waited for every family member (human & canine) to say goodbye, at our own pace.
